Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Nature of the Service

Alderecho Consulting Group LLC provides administrative, operational, and immigration process management support services.

These services involve analysis, document organization, follow-up, and coordination; therefore, they do not constitute physical products or standardized reversible services.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy governs the conditions under which cancellations, adjustments, or refunds may apply to services contracted through Alderecho.

3. General Principle

Services provided by Alderecho are performed progressively.
Once work has commenced, services are not automatically refundable.

4. Cancellations

Before service commencement:

The client may request cancellation.

If no work has been initiated, a partial or full refund may be evaluated.
Administrative or processing costs may be deducted.

After service commencement:

No automatic refund applies.

Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis considering: Work already performed, Resources allocated, Time invested and Stage of the process.

5. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be evaluated under the following criteria:

Partial refund may apply if:

The service has not been fully executed;

Critical phases of the process have not begun;

A documented and justified cause exists.

Refund does not apply when:

The service has been fully or substantially performed;

The client chooses not to continue without cause attributable to Alderecho;

The outcome of the process is unfavorable (outcomes do not depend on Alderecho);

Delays or deficiencies result from incomplete or inaccurate client information;

The case outcome depends on decisions of immigration authorities or third parties.

6. Third-Party Services

Services provided by third parties (e.g., attorneys, psychological evaluations, certified translations, government filing fees) are subject to their own policies.

Alderecho does not control or guarantee refunds related to such services.

7. No Guaranteed Results

The client understands that:

Immigration processes depend on multiple external factors;

No outcome is guaranteed;

An unfavorable outcome does not constitute grounds for a refund.

8. Refund Requests

All refund requests must: Be submitted in writing, Include a clear justification and Be sent to: contact@alderecho-llc.com

Each request will be evaluated internally.

9. Response Timeframes

Request evaluation: up to 10 business days.
Processing time (if applicable): subject to the original payment method used.

10. Refund Methods

If a refund is approved:

It will be issued through the original payment method, when possible;

Or through an alternative agreed method.

11. Right to Modify

Alderecho reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
Changes become effective upon publication on the website.
